Medical Partner
Reuben C. Rutland MD, MBA was born and raised in northwest Indiana. He majored in Biological Sciences at Tennessee State University earned his Bachelors of Science degree. He then attended the historical Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. After graduating from Meharry, he bravely served our country as a Battalion Medical Officer in the United States Navy with the Third Marine Regiment. He still was not satisfied, despite all that he had achieved and decided to obtain more training as a surgeon.
Physician assistant
Holly is certified as a physician assistant in 2004. She received her Masters Degree of Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and completed her Physician Assistant training at Cook County Hospital/MXC PA Program in Chicago.

Patrice Muhammad, is a board-certified Physician Associate and graduated from the Cook County Hospital/Malcolm X College PA Program in 1994. She has experience in various fields of medicine, including but not limited to, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Correctional Medicine, and Hematology/Oncology. She is also a certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Physician Assistant
Alexx Puckett is a native of Indianapolis, IN. Prior to her life as a physician Assistant, Alexx was apart of Division 1 basketball team at Coastal Carolina University for 4 years. She performed her PA training at the renown Long Island University Brooklyn rotating through some of the country's finest hospitals. She has since worked the past five years in different Emergency Departments and Urgent Cares facilities throughout Indiana and Illinois.
